The Ranger Case is designed to keep your phone close at hand and easily accessible. Hook the leather holster to a belt, your pants, or a strap. Strong magnets keep it in place, and a magnetic Fidlock buckle secures the flap. Fits the latest iPhone 17, and iPhone 17e models.

Those magnets are so strong. Pleasantly surprised.

Good Holster

I have Ranger case in 2021 for my iPhone 12 Max. Now I have another Ranger case for my iPhone 17 Max. My iPhone with PITAKA Aramid Proguard case can still sit properly in the case, but has no more room to place ear buds in its external pocket. If the flap fidlock has a bit elongated may provide more room for the phone.

Fit

The new case model did not increase the height of the case to accommodate the slightly taller 17 Pro Max, so the fit is a bit too snug. Otherwise great product.

CARING FOR YOUR LEATHER CASE

We usually recommend leaving the full-grain leather of your Ranger iPhone Holster as is and allowing it to develop its own beautiful patina. However, if you’d like to freshen it up from time to time, you can use a leather conditioner — Gary demonstrates how in this video for the Cozmo Leather Briefcase.

Because the leather may darken slightly, first test the conditioner on a discreet area like the bottom of the bag. You can also use a hair dryer to warm the leather’s natural oils so they smooth and spread evenly.
